Early Start CCR&R provides free child care referrals for military families seeking child care. We also provide Inclusion Services for parents and teachers of children with special needs and state approved trainings for child care providers throughout the 34 county region. Technical Assistance services are provided to child care programs seeking quality improvement services and/or national accreditation.
