Early bird registration: $30.00 per person if postmark submitted is AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE you plan to attend.
Regular registration: $40.00 per person if postmark submitted is LESS THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CONFERENCE you plan to attend.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. There is a $25.00 charge on returned checks or money orders.
